Fire first, everything else follows

Tinfold Kitchen opened its doors with a single charcoal grill and a short menu. Neighbors came for the skewers and stayed for the welcome — so we grew the menu, never the wait.

Today we serve dine-in guests every evening and pack hundreds of takeout boxes a week. The rule has not changed: nothing leaves the pass until it is worth your evening.
